Here is a huge opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s biggest network breakfast shows – working with Jono Pryor, Ben Boyce and Megan Papas on The Hits Breakfast.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Here is a huge opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s biggest network breakfast shows – working with Jono Pryor, Ben Boyce and Megan Papas on The Hits Breakfast. You will oversee and manage The Hits Breakfast on a day-to-day basis, leading content production.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT:

  • You will be responsible for producing the show weekdays 6am-9am and will manage and run all the facets of the live show alongside the Assistant Producer.
  • You’ll be a creative contributor with the ability to lead planning sessions, brainstorming and developing content for the show with Jono, Ben, Megan and The Hits Content Director.
  • As a part of the wider Hits team, you will also work with the Assistant Producer, General Manager and Promotions Director on promotional activity and the digital/social strategy for The Hits Breakfast.


ABOUT YOU:

  • You know how to build positive relationships with your team and set up great processes.
  • You won’t only handle the dynamic 'hustle and bustle' of live breakfast radio – you’ll thrive on it!
  • You’ll have 5+ years of radio experience and stay one step ahead to ensure compelling, targeted content.
  • You’ll have a positive attitude, alongside being collaborative and motivated to learn.
