Our client is a New Zealand-owned Freight Forwarder! They provide international logistics for various industries and have a fantastic reputation in the industry.

A rare opportunity has come up for a talented import professional to join the team. Reporting to the Import Manager you will have a supportive team around you who enjoy a laugh but also know when it's time to get into business. They're incredibly busy a the moment with the business continuing to grow.

About you:

As an Import Operator or Coordinator, you will have experience managing both Import Air and Sea freight and someone who can multitask

  • A great work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt where necessary
  • Experience with Cargowise preferential
  • Excellent experience with Microsoft office


Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling of cargo in the warehouse
  • Updating tracking systems daily
  • Supporting with quote preparation for clients
  • Liaising with clients, and external stakeholders/overseas agents and MPI
