We are Copthorne Hotel Auckland City. We are one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels. We are known for our outstanding service experiences and a fantastic team.

We are looking for an energetic Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs, learn from the best, and contribute to crafting exceptional dishes that delight our guests.

Do you need experience? Yes, you will need a year or more of previous kitchen experience, and knowledge of the hotel industry would be an advantage. What's important is that you can show us your commitment to greatness. You are flexible for shifts that include weekends and love to work with a motivated kitchen team.

We're passionate about NZ's best hospitality staff and we look after our employees. You'll enjoy secure work with 32 hours per week, in a friendly team, and being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands. $28-$29 ph
