Working from our Ōtāhuhu depot in Auckland, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide professional administrative and management support to a range of leaders and staff across the team. You will assist in the development and growth of the shared services model in the Operational business as a whole.

Business Support is an integral part of our operations, providing essential administrative and management support to a range of leaders and operational staff across the business. In this busy and challenging role, you will need:
3-5 years’ experience working in an administrative capacity
Proficiency in the MS Office suite
Knowledge of finance functions such as invoicing (working knowledge of SAP is ideal)
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work to deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities with ease
