Job Description

Albany Toyota is an award-winning family-owned dealership with over 100 staff members across multiple sites. We have over 30 years of automotive experience and a proud history of providing excellent customer satisfaction. We are currently on the lookout for our new Parts Advisor superstar! You will be in a fun team of 5 based at our Albany branch working Monday to Friday with a rostered Saturday of 8am to 12pm. Our highly skilled parts consultants and departments work together to ensure a great experience for our customers and a seamless operation in-house.

Key tasks:

  • Follow through on all customer enquiries, may this be by phone, email and in person.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock.
  • Quoting, invoicing, and taking payments.
  • Accurate ordering of parts.
  • Carry out duties to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner.


A little bit about you:

  • Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • A reasonable knowledge of cars and automotive parts.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in the same or a similar role.
  • Be comfortable lifting and moving some heavy objects.
  • Strong numerical and computer skills.
  • Enthusiasm and an excellent team player.
