The Role Will Involve:

  • A focus on the Auckland commercial market, primarily industrial properties.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with tenants and property owners.
  • Understanding client business needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
  • Prospecting for new business and setting goals to achieve outstanding results.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team while also driving your own success.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Genuine salespeople with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a team player mindset.
  • Excellent communicators who relate well to people and enjoy building relationships.
  • Energetic, persistent, and results-driven, with a passion for goal-setting and exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and self-driven business generation.
  • Ideally experienced in real estate (residential or commercial) or sales, or with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Bi-lingual applicants are highly valued!
