To support us on our continued journey, we are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Business Partner to proactively drive the strategic sourcing and execution plans, delivering meaningful change to the Group's supplier relationships and sourcing spend.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Sourcing and working within the wider team of three, you will be highly visible in the business, leading collaboration with key stakeholders to assist them with their strategic objectives.

Kery responsibilities will include:
- Be a change agent within the business by working to develop, implement and execute the strategic sourcing policies, strategies, and objectives
- Partner with key business units around strategic objects and plans
- Develop and deliver sourcing activities to support the business units' strategic plans, utilising data insights, frameworks, tools, and templates
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to foster and encourage collaboration
- Work on tenders in the range of $5K - $200K, with the opportunity to take on multi-million-dollar tenders under guidance, plenty of room to develop!
About you
With a relevant degree, you will have 2+ years' experience working in a commercial role, such as procurement, sourcing etc in a customer/supplier facing role, ideally in the property or construction space.
Along with this we are looking for:
- Experience in writing and delivering complex contracts with strong commercial outcomes
- Familiar and experienced with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software
- Project management and leadership skills along with previous negotiation experience would be ideal
- An articulate, cross functional team player who is happy to challenge the norm, is resilient and a natural relationship builder
