About the Role:

Reporting to the CEO, this pivotal position provides leadership and guidance across all Health, Safety, and Environmental Management operations. As a key member of the corporate leadership team, you’ll ensure compliance, foster a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in management systems and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated health, safety, and environmental management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and manage certifications, accreditations, and risk assessments.
  • Champion a positive and proactive safety culture across the business.
  • Develop and implement crisis management and business continuity frameworks.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing Health and Safety team.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align safety initiatives with business strategy.


What You’ll Bring:

  • A relevant qualification in occupational health and safety, complemented by a strong technical understanding of HSQE systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
  • A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Health and Safety leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and inspire as part of a leadership team.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in fostering a high-performing team environment.
