About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Teacher in Training to be part of something unique from the very beginning. You will contribute to setting up the learning environment, welcoming new families and children, supporting team values, creating a centre philosophy, and engaging with the community to promote the centre.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic ECE student enrolled in a level 7 ECE Graduate or Graduate Diploma course, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.

Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:
- Enrolment into a level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma course
- Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
