He angitūtanga: The opportunity   
We are looking for an exceptional Product Owner to join our Digital Team and look after the Customer Identity and Engagement portfolio.

Our Product Owners are the “voice of our customers” and champion the user experience across the products under their portfolio. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining the product delivery roadmap and working with cross-functional teams to deliver against it.The key responsibilities include the following:

  • Work closely with our stakeholders to support their strategic plans by creating and maintaining a product roadmap outlining planned features and improvements over a 12-18 month horizon, focusing on the next 6 months.
  • Undertake discovery on initiatives on the roadmap and challenge stakeholder thinking on initiatives to ensure value.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including marketing, business teams, and digital, to gather high level requirements and prioritise features.
  • Write clear and concise descriptions of each initiative and the expected value for Initiative Objective meetings, and for presentation at the Initiative Review Board
  • Prioritise initiatives based on value, clearly articulate the why and the what.
  • Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog to ensure that the team are working on the most valuable features
  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively utilise the CRM system.
  • Create a community of users to help drive the vision through the business teams, upskill the teams and create future opportunities for growth and enhancements.
  • Monitor the performance of the CRM ecosystem, using analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Ensure that expected benefits are realised once initiatives are implemented


 He kōrero mōu: About you  
You will have excellent communication and time management skills, including a high level of problem solving and decision-making skills, using professional judgement.

You will also bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ working with the Salesforce suite of products with a focus on CRM and ideally Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a product owner or related role
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and delivering digital experiences, products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer centric focus and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Ability to prioritise work and make trade off decisions
  • Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience with various delivery methodologies including agile
  • Experience working in an environment comprising multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
