Role Purpose:
To price & detail Frame & Truss components for efficient manufacturing and assembly.
To offer guidance to designers, architects, customers and staff as it relates to Frame & Truss pricing, detailing and assembly on site.
This role is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Based in our Wanaka branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Price Frame & Truss components to a high level of accuracy and to deadline
Detailing Frame & Truss components to a high level of accuracy and to deadline
Ensure the right questions are being asked to provide the most relevant advice and support
Liaise between customers and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication
Skills & Experience:
Excellent customer service, continually acting in the customers’ best interests
A sound knowledge of the consent and building process as well as NZS3604
Competent with Mitek 20/20 software and ideally has the relevant Mitek qualifications in this programme i.e. Mitek 101/201/301 and Mitek CoC or equivalent detailing platform (Pryda)
Experience with non-standard builds (Architectural Complexity)
Experience and confidence in dealing with builders/engineers/architects/designers with making design suggestions/dealing with issues/seeking information etc
Strong attention to detail, follow up and ability to work to deadlines
Effectively builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to use initiative and find solutions where appropriate
Computer literate, with solid literacy and numeracy skills
