We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Cook to ensure our guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. Whether it’s crafting a delicious breakfast buffet or assisting with evening meal prep, you’ll be a vital part of our kitchen team.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items for the buffet, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to evening meal prep and setup.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize food waste.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.
  • Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a breakfast cook or in a similar role (preferred).
  • A passion for food and delivering excellent culinary experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, including weekends and public holidays.


This is a part time role offering 20-30 hours per week. We will look after you with regular shifts, a friendly team and the prestige of being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands. $25-27ph
