ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be joining an experienced and friendly team managing projects in their entirety. You will be client facing and will manage projects from around the Waikato or Baof Plenty, and you can be based in either Hamilton, Rotorua, or Taupo. These will be a range of planned and reactive projects such as Transformer Installations, Emergency Lighting installs, Street lighting upgrades.
Duties will include;
- Planning programmes of work
- All Health and Safety documentation and site auditing
- Quality documentation collation and completion with site supervisor assistance
- Managing financials for the projects and maintaining budgets
- Monthly Forecasting
- Identification, collation and submission of variations
- Management of multi skilled project teams
As the successful candidate you will have;
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects
- Experience managing project financials ranging from $100K – $10M
- Client facing exposure on longer term projects
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be organised and a self-starter
- Electrical industry experience preferred
This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, some weekend work might be necessary and hours dependent on the requirements of the client and the project programme. We offer competitive salary with great benefits and the opportunity to work within a reputable global operation.
