The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our equally passionate team based at our Commercial Bay stores. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience in a comparable venue, love for people and hospitality, good knowledge of food, ability to work evenings and weekends, and the desire to be part of a team with the drive to help it succeed!
In this role you will be responsible for:
Responsible for the day to day operation of appointed kitchen section
Preparing and making hot dishes
Assisting in stock management, including but not limited to ordering, receipting, storing, and rotation
Contributing to menu planning and costing
Monitoring portions and wastage
Adhering to tasks as set out by senior leaders (Sous Chef, Head Chef)
Ensuring quality and consistency of all food offerings
