Starting rate: $23.84 - $25.95 per hour, depending on experience

As a Schedule Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to cultivate strong and trusting relationships with Support Workers and their managers (Service Managers), ensuring the seamless delivery of rosters. This crucial coordination is instrumental in guaranteeing uninterrupted services for the individuals we support, even in the face of unforeseen challenges. As a Schedule Coordinator, you'll be extensively engaged in frequent phone communication with Support Workers, managing advance rosters, and promptly handling short-notice sick leave requirements. Your ability to remain resilient and composed in our high-pressure environment will be the key to consistently achieving the required deliverables, even amidst unexpected circumstances. We are looking for someone with previous experience in rostering and scheduling or high volume coordinator roles. You will be in frequent contact with our team of Support Workers to arrange shift cover. Great communication, customer services skills and the ability to build positive relationships will be essential. Changes and challenges can arise unexpectantly, so your ability to problem solve and come up with solutions quickly will be highly valued.

Previous scheduling or rostering experience highly desirable.
Experience in building successful working relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.
Experience with Conflict Management and the ability to reach an outcome quickly.
Experience working within a variable environment and the ability to prioritise to achieve desired outcomes.
The ability to plan your workload efficiently and work autonomously.
High level of attention to detail
Confidence with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, and the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
A full NZ drivers licence
