About the role Remarkable People is seeking a skilled and reliable Class 2 Driver with their WTR endorsement to join our team in Nelson. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver to contribute to the success of our road transport operations. What you'll be doing
Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to transport goods and materials across the region.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients
Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles as needed
What we're looking for
A valid Class 2 driver's license with a clean driving record.
Wheels, Tracks and Rollers (WTR) Endorsement
Proven experience as a Class 2 driver in the road transport industry.
Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and safety best practices.
Excellent driving and navigation skills.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
