About the Role: We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Site Supervisor to join our established team in Christchurch. This position plays a key role in overseeing the execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring that they adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will have the responsibility to lead teams, drive project milestones, and contribute to the successful completion of civil construction ventures.
Key Experience
At least 5 years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on civil projects
Proven track record in managing large teams and complex projects successfully.
Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, equipment, and regulations.
Ideally Class 2 driver's licence with WTR endorsements, while a Class 4 licence is advantageous.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage multiple teams across diverse project sites to maintain performance standards.
Oversee health and safety protocols, ensuring a risk-free working environment.
Liaise effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and subcontractors to communicate updates and challenges.
Drive quality control measures and compliance with design specifications.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
