We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Community & Events Assistant to help us create positive, lasting impacts - and we want YOU to be part of the excitement!

From thrilling sports events to vibrant school fairs, Christmas parades, internal parties, and more - each day will bring something new!

Hours of work: 20+ hours/week (extra hours during busy periods)

What you'll be doing:

  • Making and serving delicious coffees and ice creams - everyone's favourite treats!
  • Overseeing our casual staff and making sure that fun never stops
  • Deliveries and pick up of event gear
  • Setting up for events and management of event gear - you'll be at the centre of the action!
  • Engaging with clients, agents, and the community - your social skills will shine!

To be successful you will need:

  • A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude (your vibe will light up the room!)
  • Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday (we've got a variety of events to be a part of!)
  • A full, clean driver's license (because we're always on the go!)
  • The strength to regularly lift heavy gear (tables, gazebos, you name it!)
  • Top-notch communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Computer savvy and a problem-solving mindset
  • A keen attention to detail - no event detail is too small!
