Our client is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance and Capital Management to lead the strategic management of group-wide funding, capital structure, investment evaluation, and M&A initiatives. This role is central to delivering their long-term growth ambitions, supporting asset optimisation, financial structuring, and return-driven capital allocation across its different portfolios.
What you'll do:
As the Head of Corporate Finance & Capital Management, you will be at the forefront of driving the company's long-term growth ambitions. Your role will involve:
- Lead evaluation of strategic investments, acquisitions, divestment's, and JV partnerships
- Drive group-wide financial modelling, IRR/NPV analysis, and scenario planning for high-impact decisions
- Provide commercial and financial input to board papers, project funding strategies, and deal terms
- Manage the Group’s capital structure to optimise debt and equity positioning
- Oversee corporate treasury including cash flow forecasting, funding lines, and liquidity planning
- Support the CFO and Board in long-term capital planning and allocation frameworks
- Deliver strategic analysis to support decisions on dividend policy, return metrics, and growth investments
- Prepare and present capital and investment updates to the board and executive team
What you bring:
As an ideal candidate for the Head of Corporate Finance & Capital Management position, you bring a wealth of experience in corporate finance or a similar field.
- CA/CPA qualified with 8+ year's experience in corporate finance or similar field
- Experience leading capital structuring, debt management and investment analysis
- Proficiency in Excel modelling and financial analysis skills
- Experience with complex multi-entity and cross border structures
- Experience with funder/investor reportiting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and analytical capability
