Bayleys' is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team in our Kerikeri, Northland office. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and sales support to our real estate agents, ensuring they can focus on delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, focused on supporting our agents to present property for sale to the market
Assist with the processing of property documentation
Contribute to the maintenance of our agents documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support the coordination of marketing and advertising activities for properties, including preparing property peports, and submission documents
Managing accurate data across our Bayleys platforms
Front of house reception duties, providing a friendly and welcoming presence
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team through continuous process improvement
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude, with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
