Apprentice - Sports Turf
Location: Manawatū Campus, Palmerston North

As part of the Campus Services Grounds team in Palmerston North, you’ll help maintain our high-profile sports grounds while gaining hands-on experience and working towards a NZ Level 4 qualification in Sports Turf Management.

What You’ll Do:
Work alongside experienced professionals maintaining Massey’s sports grounds and amenities.
Learn the skills to manage, prepare, and maintain premium sports turf surfaces.
Combine practical on-site experience with structured learning to gain a recognised qualification.

What You’ll Bring:

• A passion for field sports and working outdoors.
• A strong drive to learn and build a career in Turf Management.
• Basic skills in English and Mathematics (to support study and technical tasks).
• A clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.
