We are Grand Millennium Auckland. Together with Copthorne and Kingsgate Hotels, we are one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels. We are known for our outstanding service experiences and a fantastic team.

We're on the hunt for a talented Night Shift Chef de Partie to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in food preparation and cooking to our company's exacting standards, all while prioritizing cleanliness, safety, and organization in the workplace.

Experience is a must for this pivotal role. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in comprehensive training and menu development, all within the vibrant setting of a multi-kitchen environment. Plus, your insight into the intricacies of the hotel industry will be highly valued.

This is a permanent part-time position offering a minimum of 24 hours per week, at an hourly rate of $27 - $32 (depending on experience). It is important to note the hours: 10pm to 6am. Flexibility to work shifts depending on business needs is a must!
