The Site Manager is responsible for the operational, employee and client relationship management of a range of contracts with assistance of the Contracts Manager

Working as part of this broader management team, you will ensure that the client performance targets and specifications are achieved in relation to service quality and stakeholder expectations.

This role entails working in a challenging environment, often under high pressure and having to deal with conflicting priorities, to ensure the contracts are managed in an efficient and effective manner.

The Site Manager position therefore requires the individual to plan, organise, and prioritise their work in order to meet targets. The Site Manager will also need to develop effective working relationships with both the client and the cleaning team.

  • Previous supervisory experience running a complex, multi-site, low margin, profitable business.
  • Computer Skills Word and excel, outlook.
  • Outstanding leadership capability across a diverse workforce.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to implement change.
  • Understanding of the OH&S function within the market sector.
  • Experience in managing staff performance.
