Robert Walters have partnered with a top tier law firm on the recruitment a Senior Associate or Special Counsel into their leading corporate practice.
The role will work alongside two market leading Partners where you will work with and learn from the best and get exposure to interesting and complex matters. They are a busy, growing team and the role has the opportunity to progress to Partnership for the right candidate.
There will also be opportunities for international training and a regular flow of cross border, multi-jurisdictional work.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, your role will be pivotal in advising on cross-border M&A and investment transactions as well as the following
Advising on cross-border M&A and investment transactions;
Advising on off-shore VC and overseas investment work;
Advising on Renewable Investment work;
Advising on joint ventures and commercial contracts;
Advise clients involved in a diverse range of industries including particularly the forestry, agriculture, wine, food processing, insurance and financial services, technology and venture capital sector;.
Mentor junior lawyers in the team.
What you bring:
At least 5 years PQE in a corporate or commercial team;
Relevant specific industry experience;
Exceptional academic achievement;
Superior technical skillset;
Professional presentation and the ability to engage confidently and effectively with clients;
Experience working on large M&A transactions and overseas investment work.
