Adecco Recruitment is partnering with MacDougalls to recruit a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading company that values customer service, community support, and growth within the rural industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through key account management.
- Develop relationships with dealership staff and end-users.
- Sell MacDougalls and DeLaval product lines, including animal health, spare parts, and more.
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
- Report sales forecasts and manage stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate records and invoicing.
- Maintain a professional image and participate in sales training.
Key Requirements:
- Strong sales skills and customer relationship management.
- Ability to meet sales targets and provide detailed reports.
- Willingness to maintain product knowledge and attend training.
- Adherence to safety practices and regulations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
- Meet budget and profitability targets.
- Maintain expenses within budget.
