We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to join our team in this full time role.

This role is about more than just managing food production and presentation throughout the hotel. It's where you will set the direction for delicious seasonal menus and develop the next generation of passionate food professionals. It will suit you if you thrive on creative freedom, can demonstrate your ability to manage all the practical aspects of a professional 4 star+ kitchen and want a leadership role with a future. It's important you have experience in commercial kitchens in New Zealand are flexible for shifts that include weekends.
