Job Description

About the role:

This is varied role working across the branch that will see you involved in serving customers on the Trade Counter and in the Yard & Drive Thru area. As well as getting customer order ready for Despatch. You will be working in a team, with the guidance of an experienced and supportive leader. Daily you will be responsible for –

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with our Trade and Retail customers by offering solutions, product support and technical information.
  • Processing sales at our counter, assisting customers with any returns or repairs.
  • Monitoring inventory and cycle counts, pulling orders ready for dispatch, and maintaining aisles within the showroom.
  • Merchandising and run in-store promotions.


This is a CASUAL role based at our Albany Branch.


About you:

You will play an important role in capturing sales opportunities across the showroom therefore your passion for creating long-lasting customer relationships is an absolute must!

  • Proven experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality environment
  • Strong social skills and ability to build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds.
  • Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Computer and numeracy knowledge, as well as great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of our products or the building industry is desirable
