Full time, permanent position in Central Auckland
Minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 60 hours per week
$27.00 - $31.61 per hour + great staff benefits

The Venues

For each candidate we will discuss the best fit in terms of venue, with opportunities to move between venues.

The Opportunity

These are Chef de Partie roles for which you will ideally have 2-3 years experience in a high volume venue and/or a trades qualification. You will have a fantastic attitude, flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will ideally have experience in Japanese, Italian, Spanish, and/or Asian Fusion cuisine. In these roles you will be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards in a high volume venue setting
Portion control
Storage of food and adhering to food safety practices
Presentation of dishes to the highest standards
Working with and assisting in the training of kitchen hands
Following instructions of senior chefs (Senior CDPs, Sous Chefs, Head Chef and Executive Chef)
