Located a stone’s throw from Goldfields and Cromwell Primary Schools Little Wonders Cromwell offers top quality care and education for local infants toddlers and young children. We are a well-resourced purpose-built centre with an outdoor area that’s second to none!
Part time opportunities like this are rare and deliver the lifestyle balance many are looking for. This role will be for 15 hours per week spread across 5 days. (3 hours per morning)
We are looking for someone with exceptional administration skills and experience who can hit the ground running and make a real difference as you support the teaching team and our little ones.
Day to day responsibilities include: As an integral member of our centre’s team you will be regularly welcoming families and whanau to our centre as well as:
Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork.
General admin support to the Centre Manager.
Ensuring that every child’s attendance absence pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded.
Entering staff hours into our payroll system.
Some accounts may be included.
Following process and maintaining the filing system.
Key skills and experience required:
Have previous reception or administration experience
Are systems savvy with high attention to detail
Follow processes and are highly organised
Great communicator
