Do you have a passion for the preschool years and want to make a positive and meaningful impact?

We are looking for a registered kaiako to join our centre as a Team Leader! As our Preschool Team Leader, you will bring your own strengths to an experienced team, supporting tamariki through their learning journey and helping foster a strong sense of belonging.

In our Reggio Emilia-inspired centre, our Kaiako act as facilitators, guiding children's learning and supporting their interests and ideas. What are we looking for?

As a leader, our ideal applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills and will use your expertise and knowledge to lead the team with planning and internal evaluation. You will be confident in your ability to work alongside the Centre Manager in the day to day running of the space and ensure that great routines and processes are developed and maintained. You will need to hold an ECE qualification along with a current teachers council practising certificate.
