With rich data at our fingertips, the Audience Analytics & Adtech Lead will own our customer data and audience strategy, and digital analytics and technologies roadmap, essentially overseeing the development, management, and deployment of our data and segmentation capabilities and AdTech infrastructure, from how audience data is used and digital advertising is deployed across platforms. Working closely with internal teams, vendors and partner suppliers to develop strategies to ensure we are maximising audience engagement to its fullest potential — both for our customers and the business.
Leading a team of circa 3x direct reports, you’ll help build capability, embed best practices, and influence continuous improvement of how data is viewed and managed (inc. collection, management, organisation and aggregation), driving alignment between enterprise systems and data workflows.
As the subject matter expert in this space, you'll bring clarity to complex challenges with practical, data-driven solutions — guiding others and aligning efforts to broader business goals.
