Do you have what it takes?

To be a successful candidate in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Management experience of 2 years or more
  • Proven operational and procedural knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to coach team members
  • Strong customer service & problem solving skills


Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience managing a restaurant or similar business – You will be able demonstrate a successful track record
  • Business acumen – ability to understand how to operate a profitable business, financial acumen with understanding of Profit vs Loss etc.
  • People Leadership – experience managing successful teams and building a strong team culture
