We’re looking for an administrator who understands the importance of getting every little step right in the recruitment process while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. In this permanent part-time role (16 hours per week, spread over 4 days with some flexibility to suit your lifestyle) based in our Support Office in Albany, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment and wider Human Resources administration. What’s the job?

Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, we’re looking for a People & Culture Recruitment Administrator to support our team with recruitment coordination, onboarding, as well as general HR and office administration. This role is key to ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing end-to-end recruitment administration support, including posting jobs, shortlisting and pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and assisting with onboarding queries.
  • Handling essential admin tasks like compliance, pre-employment and verification checks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with employment contract requests and administrative tasks from the P&C Business Partner, ensuring new employees have everything they need from day one.
  • Helping with general HR administration, employee documentation, and team initiatives.
  • Providing general office admin support and coordinating uniform orders, dispatch, and stocktake.



What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who is self-motivated and outcome-driven, with a positive mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced HR or professional services environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline are a bonus, but not essential!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Permanent working rights or temporary working rights without restrictions for a minimum of 12 months.
