We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Communications and Creative Assistant to join our Communications and Creative Team. If you are someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has astute initiative to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.
You'll be involved in a variety of work that matter to Wellingtonians. You'll provide high quality administration support to the Communications and Creative leadership team, as well as working collaboratively on a range of communications and creative activities. Key tasks include calendar management, financial administration, organising meetings, developing agendas, maintaining distribution lists, onboarding staff, and being the team's process guru. This role is an opportunity to grow your skillset, have exposure to a variety of disciplines and make a real difference for a busy, fun team.
So, who are we looking for? If you're experienced in, and enjoy, supporting a busy team of leaders working across a diverse range of communications and creative projects we'd love to hear from you. You'll be a highly organised, proactive and adaptable team player who can use your initiative to anticipate the needs of the team to stay ahead of the evolving workload. We are looking for someone who is confident in handling a range of administrative tasks, particularly delivering timely financial reporting. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is important.
