He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi | About the role:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for Flexipurchase queries and claims across our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Flexipurchase with KiwiRail employee details and cost coding objects
- Reviewing, approving and processing reimbursement payments to KiwiRail employees in line with their entitlements and policies
- Assisting the team in the processing and reconciliation of accounts payable invoices
- Training and supporting Flexipurchase users on the Flexipurchase system and guiding them on the responsible use of Flexipurchase
- Answering queries and assisting employees to understand any anomalies, including querying any transactions with BNZ
Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What (skills) you will bring:
Ideally you will have sound accounts related experience, especially expense reimbursement management and knowledge of SAP, but this role is really about your attitude and willingness to learn and grow your skillset.
Key to your success will be your:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Abilty to take ownership of issues through to resolution
- Positive attitude to learning
