Software Engineer (Graduate)

What You’ll Do:
- Learn and Grow: Gain hands-on experience with AWS Serverless Microservices, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3, as well as Google Cloud’s Vertex AI.
- Work on Cutting-Edge AI Solutions: Leverage AI and LLM to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to Internal Tools: Work within our Customer Support team to enhance internal applications, improving efficiency and user experience.
- Develop Full-Stack Features: Build and refine applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React and AWS services while gaining exposure to UX, UI, and system architecture.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, design, and frontend teams to develop solutions that support our global operations.
- Improve and Innovate: Share ideas, contribute to technical decisions, and help optimize our systems for better performance and reliability.
About The Role:
We're looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our Les Mills+ team. We are on a mission to connect fitness enthusiasts to high-quality workouts anytime, anywhere.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
- A relevant degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
- Basic understanding of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
- Basic understanding of RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks, particularly React.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring/logging tools.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
