Remarkable people are looking for Experienced Office Administrators for temporary roles in Queenstown & Cromwell!

Our client is looking for an administrator with experience in accounts, data entry & strong MS suite knowledge.

What we need from you:

  • Sound knowledge of MS suite & software (word, excel, etc)
  • Minimum 2 years in administration roles, contracts/trades admin experience beneficial
  • Strong admin & data entry abilities


What you'll be doing:

  • Processing weekly timesheets
  • Assisting with budgets, payment claims and financial reporting
  • Assisting with Sub-contactor agreements, ordering, & claims
  • Maintenance of company procedures & processes
