$2,000 Sign on Bonus (Gross)*

We are on the lookout for a registered kaiako to join our team at Busy Bees Havelock North! Join us to nurture curiosity, build strong relationships, and create meaningful learning experiences that set our tamariki up for lifelong success.

About us:

At Busy Bees Havelock North, we have a cosy nursery, a separate toddler centre and an adventurous kindergarten learning environment. Each area has their own separate outdoor area providing endless opportunities to explore the natural environment - our toddler space even has their very own bike track. Children love our well laid out learning corners at our centre, consisting of a family play area, creative art corner as well as a quiet space for reading and reflection.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Huge reserves of enthusiasm and energy
  • Competency in planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews
  • A personality that builds and develops strong relationships with staff and parents/whanau
  • An ECE or Primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand
  • A nurturing, caring disposition, and passion for supporting young children to thrive
  • The ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whanau
  • Excellent communication skills
