We are looking for physically fit and safety-conscious Traffic Management Workers to join our team. As a Traffic Management Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining road safety and efficient traffic flow. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and a dedication to upholding health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Setting up and maintaining traffic management equipment such as cones, signs, and barriers
Directing traffic and pedestrians to ensure safe passage through construction zones, special events, or road maintenance sites
Communicating effectively with team members and the public to ensure clear understanding of traffic management plans and procedures
Understanding and implementing traffic management plans in accordance with industry regulations
Maintaining a high level of awareness for potential hazards and taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks
Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
Operating and maintaining relevant equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from work sites
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Time management skills to efficiently carry out assigned tasks
