A Day in Your Life:

• Get your hands dirty with site set-out and prepare as-built drawings (you’ll be the one who keeps things on track!)
• Ensure everything is running smoothly with QA, site testing, and subcontractor management (you’re the glue that holds it all together!)
• Help project managers with reporting, financials, and claims (you’ll be the behind-the-scenes superhero)
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and council reps (you’re a natural communicator, and this is where you shine!)

What We’re Looking For:

• A background in civil engineering, with experience in subdivisions or 3 waters drainage (we want you to hit the ground running)
• Great communication skills (you’ll be chatting to everyone, from clients to the council!)
• A passion for engineering and a desire to take on bigger roles in the future (Project Manager, here you come!)
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude (you love finding solutions)
