You will be a part of our CLS enhanced mobile team working alongside peer support workers and support workers. We support tangata whai ora living independently in the community including supporting to find suitable housing and with medication support
This is a permanent, full-time role. You will be working 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday, 1pm – 9:30pm, Based in Manukau, Auckland.
