Job Description

We’re Hiring: Supervisor – Timber Pallet Industry

Are you an experienced leader with a background in timber pallet manufacturing? We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations in our timber pallet production facility. If you have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for quality, and experience in timber processing, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team in pallet production
  • Ensure all pallets meet quality and customer specifications
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of timber and material
  • Enforce workplace safety regulations and best practices
  • Oversee machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in timber pallet manufacturing or a similar industry
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to operate and maintain pallet-making equipment
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and production reporting


Location: Te Rapa - Hamilton
Salary: $75k - $90k
Hours: Mon - Fri
