We are looking for Steel fixer/ Precast workers. Must have experience with Rio cages and reading plans.
Interpretation of Drawings and Plans: Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure pre-cast components are fabricated accurately.
Mold Setup and Preparation: Prepare and set up molds according to the specifications provided in the plans, ensuring correct dimensions and design features.
Reinforcement Placement: Follow the design plans to accurately place reinforcement steel bars, mesh, or other reinforcements within molds for strength and durability.
Concrete Mixing and Pouring: Mix concrete to the required strength and consistency as per plan specifications, and pour it into molds, ensuring uniformity and proper filling.
Precision Measurement and Alignment: Use measuring tools to check and verify the accuracy of the molds and placement of reinforcement according to the plans.
Quality Control Checks: Inspect the pre-cast products for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity based on the specifications in the plans.
Curing Management: Follow specific curing schedules and methods outlined in the plans to ensure the concrete reaches its optimal strength.
Defect Identification: Identify and correct any defects or discrepancies during the production process based on the specifications from the plans and drawings.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to discuss progress, challenges, and ensure proper implementation of plans during the pre-casting process.
Tool and Equipment Use: Operate tools, machinery, and equipment as outlined in the plans and for the specific requirements of the project.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage, as required by the plans and site conditions to prevent accidents and ensure worker safety.
Document and Report Issues: Report any discrepancies or concerns regarding plans or material specifications to supervisors, ensuring timely resolution and minimal production delays.
