About the Company:

We are Adecco and looking for potential candidates to join our client as a leading provider of airline catering services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our client's team at South Auckland. In this key role, you will oversee and manage the airside operations, ensuring timely, safe, and accurate meal delivery to meet the highest customer standards.

Job Summary:

  • Report directly to the Duty Manager and/or Operations Supervisor.
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of meals meets customer requirements and manage any order changes effectively.
  • Oversee the loading of equipment onto trucks and guide drivers to various types of aircraft.
  • Ensure equipment is transferred from the truck to the aircraft galley according to safety regulations and customer guidelines.
  • As a driver, manage the accurate loading and unloading of vehicles according to flight schedules, loading lists, and safety requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise airside operations, ensuring compliance with flight schedules, safety standards, and customer requirements.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of aircraft in alignment with customer specifications and regulatory guidelines.
  • Interface with airport authorities, airlines, and crew to resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate adjustments to flight schedules and ensure accurate communication across teams.
  • Act as a liaison between Our Clients airside operations and the broader operations team.
  • Must following health and safety procedure as always.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team supervision, ideally within the airline or logistics industries.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Class 2 Truck License required.
  • Effective communicator, fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and warehouse supervised.
  • 2+ years of general work experience in an office or warehouse facility.
  • No criminal background.
