Barfoot & Thompson City Branch is looking for a vibrant, energetic front line administrator with excellent communication skills and some social media skills to join our young and high performing team in the CBD.

We need someone who is tech savvy, is a team player and has the ability to multitask in what is a busy real estate environment.

We are a super friendly team, diverse in structure and we have a great team culture.

There is a huge opportunity for development of a career pathway in either Property Management or Real Estate Sales.

Skills and Experience:

  • Friendly and energetic.
  • Have excellent typing, computing, and word-processing skills.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Be thorough and have fantastic attention to detail.
  • Have a strong organised and methodical approach to all their activities.
  • Have some experience in social media.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, able to work under pressure.
  • Be astute and have the ability to exhibit a strong customer focus.
  • Be able to work cooperatively as part of a team.
