Job Description

Calling all Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) in Hawkes Bay! Tradestaff is currently on the lookout for skilled and dynamic STMS operatives to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee traffic management plans at work & event sites
  • Conduct site inspection and ensure safety compliance
  • Set up & maintain signage, barriers and other traffic control devices
  • Monitor and adjust traffic plans to minimize disruptions and improve flow
  • Provide guidance and support to traffic operative staff
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to traffic management activities


Requirements:

  • Universal STMS Qualification (level 1). Category A-C Qualifications aren’t necessary, but highly desirable
  • Proven experience in traffic management and site supervision
  • Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills
  • Pro-active approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Full & clean Class 1 License AND your own mode of transport
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
