The Property Services team provides a leading-edge planning and development consultancy that contributes to the University of Auckland's success by providing high-quality physical environments. We build and service some of the country's largest and most complex buildings and construction projects.
The opportunity has arisen to appoint a new Facilities Manager – Security Services to manage a large team helping to deliver strategic and resilient campus security services to the University with specific responsibilities for organising and managing all aspects of security and incident management. These services help to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for staff, students and visitors, and protect University buildings, physical assets and precincts.

We are looking for a senior Security Operations specialist with significant experience leading large and diverse teams within complex environments and the personal attributes to inspire and lead across the University. Key attributes for this role include excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build relationship with stakeholders across all levels, ability to work under pressure and most of all to be a key contributor and team player across project teams.
