Is this your next role?

As the Commercial Analyst you will provide support to the Retail team with reporting, analysis and insights. The role involves preparing, monitoring and reporting of performance results, data analysis, and providing insightful commentary. The Commercial Analyst will also provide informed recommendations to assist with achieving targets, delivering excellent customer outcomes and contribute to the success of the Retail and Reverse Mortgage Division.

You enjoy pulling data from different sources to tell a story and providing modern and creative solutions to do so. You'll be naturally inquisitive and want to dig deeper to find solutions to problems your stakeholders aren't yet aware of. If you don't know the answer, you're not afraid of asking questions and are comfortable to challenge the status quo.

You thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment, and are ready to tackle any challenge. You've got a couple years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to analytical side of the business.

You're great at:

  • Problem solving - you have an investigative mentality and a proactive nature.
  • People focussed - confidence interacting with a range of people.
  • Writing - you're able to write clearly and concisely for your stakeholders.
  • Forever learning - relentless desire to learn and leverage new tools and new ways.
  • Independence - the ability to make things happen all on your own. You're super proactive and have a 'get stuff done' attitude.
  • Using a range of tools - build your knowledge and experience of tools such as, Power BI and Excel.
