Job Description

Are you ready to lead warehouse operations and provide essential logistics support to our Tourism team? We're searching for a Supply Coordinator - Operations to ensure the seamless supply and distribution of goods while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics and overseeing a team that includes the Uniform Assistant and Supply Chain Assistants, you'll manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and support warehouse operations to meet the needs of our Tourism operations. This role requires flexibility, with occasional evening or weekend work, and travel to liaise with teams.



What You'll Bring

  • You'll have 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with expertise in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, purchasing, and supplier management.
  • A clear communicator and collaborative team player, you're self-managed, results-focused, and committed to delivering excellent customer support.
  • Qualifications include a driver's license, forklift license, and Dangerous Goods Certification.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, Microsoft Nav Dynamics, Coupa, and Microsoft Office will set you up for success.
