About the Role
At Logan Campbell Retirement Village in Greenlane, Auckland we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a experienced Maintenance Person. This is a full-time position working 0800 - 1630 Monday to Friday.

In this role you will:

  • Work in a team providing the village with an effective maintenance/preventative maintenance service ensuring the safety, repair and appearance of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds
  • Assist residents in their homes with repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to, to ensure the safety of residents, staff and visitors
  • Work closely with and support your colleagues


About You
To thrive in our varied environment you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Maintenance role, a trade qualification or just completed an apprenticeship
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to build rapport with residents
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment or autonomously as required
  • Reliable, friendly and professional manner
